{"id":28931,"date":"2024-03-11T11:10:21","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T10:10:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/evropskasredstva.si\/?post_type=media_blog&#038;p=28931"},"modified":"2024-03-14T11:11:17","modified_gmt":"2024-03-14T10:11:17","slug":"eu-funding-for-public-employee-training-for-obtaining-competencies-of-the-future","status":"publish","type":"media_blog","link":"https:\/\/evropskasredstva.si\/en\/media-center\/all-media\/eu-funding-for-public-employee-training-for-obtaining-competencies-of-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"EU funding for public employee training for obtaining competencies of the future"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<p><strong>Ljubljana, 11 March 2024 \u2013 The Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development has approved EU funding for the project Public employee training for obtaining competencies of the future.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<p>As part of the EU co-funded project, the Administration Academy, established in the frame of the Ministry of Public Administration, will enhance the competencies of public employees working in the wider public sector, including high officials. The positive effects of this project will be seen in greater efficiency of public employees\u2019 work and consequently in higher quality of public services, as well as in the ability to adapt to rapid social and technological change, in extending active age, coping with crisis situations and developing their career and personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project Public employee training for obtaining competencies of the future is implemented as part of Slovenia\u2019s Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027, under the priority Skills and responsive labour market and pursues the specific objective Promoting lifelong learning, in particular flexible upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all taking into account entrepreneurial and digital skills, better anticipating change and new skills requirements based on labour market needs, facilitating career transitions and promoting professional mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is worth EUR 3,415,771.46 with the European Social Fund Plus contribution standing at almost EUR 3 million, specifically EUR 2,903,405.74.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Photo: Freepik<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":25,"featured_media":28847,"parent":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-28931","media_blog","type-media_blog","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
