The municipality will receive over \u20ac900,000 from the European Regional Development Fund to deploy digital solutions for traffic optimisation and promotion of sustainable mobility.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<p>The project will build on the use of advanced technologies and deployment of digital solutions. It will allow the Urban Municipality of Kranj to put in place a traffic management system supporting multimodal mobility and providing:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>support to public transport use, including passenger counting,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>seamless and user-friendly transition between different modes of mobility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>implementation of sustainable parking policy measures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restriction of motorised traffic in city centres, low-speed zones and zero-emission zones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<p>The project will focus on setting up a sustainable mobility vertical as part of an integrated digital platform called Smart Kranj.
