The co-financed reconstruction includes narrowing the urban road to include yellow lanes for urban public passenger transport vehicles, an intermediate green space, a two-way cycle lane and a two-way pedestrian walkway. A new spiral roundabout will be built at the intersection of the Barjanska cesta road and the slip road at P+R Barje to increase the traffic flow. This investment also includes the reconstruction of the existing rainwater sewer system and the widening of the existing bridge over Mali Graben.
