The European Social Fund Plus contribution stands at \u20ac994,200.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim of the project is to improve working conditions and extend the working life of prison system employees. To this end, a competency model is being established and implemented, and various professional and soft skills of employees are being strengthened through education and training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prison system employees will be included in project activities aimed at improving the quality of the working environment, adapting to change, promoting mental health, and promoting health in the workplace.
