The project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Local Action Group Za mesto in vas. <br\/><br\/>MOBI embraces a fresh, innovative approach to education: through a mobile workshop that visits places and communities to come closer to users, i.e. children, young people, retirees, and businesses, it enables access to modern manufacturing techniques such as 3D printing, laser cutting and basic robotics. As such, it aims to fight digital exclusion and foster technical creativity in local communities. <br\/><br\/>At the event, the visitors tried themselves in solving technical brainteasers and doing practice exercises, learned more about how modern technological equipment works and discovered the programmes that will continue the work of mobile workshop once the project is completed. These programmes will include tech days for schools, digital literacy workshops for seniors, teambuilding programmes, and technical support for businesses.<br\/><br\/>The project brought numerous benefits to local community by offering opportunities to build inter-generational solidarity and promoting collaboration between businesses and schools.
