The beneficiary of the funds is the Municipality of Slovenska Bistrica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project builds on previous investments in safe and accessible cycling infrastructure. During the 2014-2020 programming period, under the Operational Programme for the Implementation of the EU Cohesion Policy, approximately \u20ac132 million in EU funding was invested in constructing more than 500 km of cycling routes. Slovenia\u2019s EU Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027 makes more than \u20ac165 million in EU funding available for sustainable mobility.
