The Ministry ensures that all requirements are not only met but exceeded wherever possible, as the Ministry recognises the sensitive nature of personal data confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ip-rs.si\/en\/legislation\/personal-data-protection-act\/\">Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1)<\/a> the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropskasredstva.si\">evropskasredstva.si<\/a> website administrator is obliged to protect the website users\u2019 personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropskasredstva.si\">evropskasredstva.si<\/a> website collects the following user data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>name and surname<\/li><li>e-mail, and<\/li><li>other data that users enter in the forms on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropskasredstva.si\">evropskasredstva.si<\/a>\u00a0website<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p>The Ministry is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IP addresses from which users access the website are also collected for security purposes. Each user is assigned a session cookie for identification purposes at the start of their visit to the website. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropskasredstva.si\">evropskasredstva.si<\/a> website may also store other cookies on your computer, such as user identification numbers in encrypted form (to identify the user upon the next visit) and Google Analytics cookies (analysis of visits to the website).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All of the data mentioned above, except cookies, are stored permanently on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evropskasredstva.si\">evropskasredstva.si<\/a> server. Session cookies are stored in the server\u2019s memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity.
