The focus is on strengthening institutional capacities of public administrations and the public sector, also in connection with the private sector, as well as on improving development policies and strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transnational projects aim to develop, test and implement European, macro-regional and national development policies and strategies in a transnational context. Transnational projects are part of policy-making processes and facilitate the preparation of policies and their putting into practice. In this context, typical transnational projects include strategic policy development, policy impact studies and pilot actions. Even where projects involve companies, the projects must be focused on the public or general interest. Transnational projects promote the exchange of good practices, address common problems and find common solutions. They develop common strategies and ideas which are tested on the ground through pilot actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transnational cooperation programmes open up opportunities for cooperation between beneficiaries from different countries and ensure access to knowledge and experience for national, regional and local actors, interest groups, reserach organisations and civil society representatives as well the representatives of line ministries and implementing institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transnational projects aim to achieve the following outputs and outcomes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-eu-skladi-container-block container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><div class=\"content_outer\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>joint strategies and action plans;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transnational governance methodologies;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>joint governance structures and systems;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>preparation of investment documentation (investments later financed by other sources);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pilot activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
