The training of teachers and artists was based on a subscription programme, supplemented by workshops, lectures, debates, mentorship, and intensive cultural immersion programmes, where participants were immersed together in the urban cultural landscape, artistic experiences, and collaborative creation. Together, they implemented and tested flexible forms of learning: new formats for cultural days, the School in Culture, tandem lessons, tandem interdisciplinary days, and new formats for theatre clubs.
