The project has developed a comprehensive programme to prevent the root causes of digital addiction and, in this sense, to address its consequences. As part of the project, a comprehensive programme and core tools for preventing and treating digital addiction among children and youth have been developed. A pilot implementation of the new Live Life to the Fullest programme, which focuses on life skills for growing up, was conducted in the field. Working with children and youth, raising parents\u2019 awareness, collaborating with professionals and fostering cross-sectoral cooperation are essential to ensuring that technology remains a tool that serves us, rather than the other way around.
