We encouraged management and employees to be more physically active and adopt healthier eating habits. We taught them stress management, how to build better interpersonal relationships, and how to foster intergenerational cooperation. Through mentoring, counselling, coaching, interactive workshops, and email communications, we encouraged participating companies to reduce sick leave so that their employees could work longer while staying healthier. Through our collaboration, the companies built healthier workplaces and strengthened employees\u2019 sense of responsibility for their own health. Under our guidance, they developed a Workplace Health Promotion Plan, learned to better utilise the experience and knowledge of their older employees, and increased staff satisfaction and productivity.    <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-49578","project","type-project","status-publish","hentry","project_category-success-stories"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
