EU funding for skills development and support for cultural workers

Ljubljana, 8 October 2025 – The Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development has approved EU funding for the Call for proposals for a supportive environment for empowering cultural workers through training and skill sharing in residence centres and host networks.

The call for proposals will support activities that will be carried out by public institutions and non-governmental organisations working in Slovenia’s cultural sector. It will consist of two strands. Support will be provided for the setting up, development, and operation of host networks under strand 1. As part of strand 2, development and operation of residence centres will receive support.
