• construction of a new ski lift Velika Kopa,
• setting up new bike trails Kopnik and Pahernik – Velika Kopa,
• e-bikes and cycling school at Kope,
• adrenaline park,
• digitalisation (introduction of a physical DIGI Kope card and digital app APP Kope).
