The Interreg Danube Programme has published on its website the pre-announcement of the third targeted call for proposals for the 2021-2027 programming period.
The call for proposals will be open from mid-September 2025 until 15 December 2025, during which time JeMS applications will also be possible. This is a targeted call, meaning that only project proposals addressing the thematic focus identified in the call pre-announcement are eligible.
Project activities are scheduled to commence on 1 July 2026 and are expected to last up to 30 months. The total value of the EU funding available is € 27.3 million.
Between 2 and 10 July 2025, the Joint Secretariat will organise a series of webinars, one for each specific objective. Registration is required. The first webinar on SO1.2 Skills for smart specialisation, industrial transition and entrepreneurship will take place on 2 July 2025, starting at 10:00. The application form is available HERE.
More detailed information on the call pre-announcement and webinar dates is available on the programme website (click HERE).
The Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development, acting as the national authority for Interreg programmes in Slovenia, will organise a national info day in October 2025.
