At its 13th session, held on 24 June 2025 in Split, the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg Euro-MED 2021-2027 programme approved nine projects (4 of which were subject to conditions) under the fifth call for proposals, with a total value of EUR 34.76 million. A total of 92 applications were received, of which 25 progressed to the second evaluation phase. Five out of the nine approved projects involve a total of five Slovenian project partners.
The lead partners of the selected projects will be informed by the Joint Secretariat in the coming days. A list of all selected projects is available HERE. We congratulate all selected institutions and wish them every success in their projects.
To ensure the successful implementation of the projects, the Joint Secretariat of the programme will organise a webinar for Lead Partners on 18 September 2025, which will be open to all project partners.

With the approval of the projects under the fifth call for proposals, the Interreg Euro-MED programme has already distributed 86% of the total funds available for the period 2021-2027. This was also the last call for proposals. Future calls will be territorially and thematically focused.
