Project selection – 4th call for proposals under the Interreg Euro-MED 2021-2027 programme
At its 12th meeting, which was held on 6 March 2025, the Monitoring Committee of the Interreg Euro-MED 2021-2027 Programme approved 23 projects under the 4th call for proposals (167 applications were submitted) with a total value of 46.35 million euros. The approved projects involve 12 Slovenian project partners, 2 of which are lead partners. The lead partners of the selected projects will be informed by the Joint Secretariat in the coming days. A list of all selected projects is available HERE. We congratulate all selected institutions and wish them every success in their projects.
To ensure the successful implementation of the projects, the Joint Secretariat will organise a seminar for lead partners on 3 April 2025 between 10.00 and 12.30, which will be open to all project partners.
With the approval of the projects under the 4th call for proposals, the Interreg Euro-MED programme has already allocated more than 200 million euros (EU + own contribution), representing more than 70% of the total funds available under the 2021-2027 period. If we add the 35 million euros available under the 5th call for proposals, which closed on 28 February 2025, the programme will have allocated a total of more than 235 million euros out of the 271 million euros foreseen. This will leave only 36 million euros available for the upcoming calls. More information about the announced calls is available on the website evropskasredstva.si.
