The Government Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the Support and Integration of Migrants has published a call for proposals for the implementation of the operation Assistance with the Integration of Persons Granted International Protection.
The purpose of the call is to provide support to persons granted international protection and their family members who have come to the Republic of Slovenia for the purpose of family reunification, to help them integrate into Slovenian society.
As part of the operation, participants will have access to a course on Slovenian society, various integration activities, assistance with managing everyday life situations, academic support, and sports and cultural activities.
The activities will be aimed at persons granted international protection and their family members, in accordance with applicable legislation. They will be carried out primarily in the Maribor area, but also at other locations in Slovenia as needed.
The operation is co-financed by the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF) and the budget of the Republic of Slovenia.
