4ALL is an initiative for less discrimination which contributes significantly to raising awareness and tackling social issues related to equal opportunities and discrimination against vulnerable groups, like Roma, the same-sex oriented, refugees, the socially disadvantaged, and persons with disabilities.

The project targeted NGOs working to help vulnerable groups. NGOs are usually the first organisations members of vulnerable groups turn to for help. That is why it is important NGOs are able to recognise discrimination early, know the mechanisms to prevent and fight discrimination as well as the factors that can protect individuals from discrimination. A secondary target group were other key stakeholders, like public institutions (the relevant inspections, the police, local administrations, educational institutions), where discrimination may also occur.

The key objectives of the project were to raise awareness of NGOs about the importance of equality and strengthening equality; to improve the understanding of discrimination; to raise awareness about the ways to prevent discrimination; to raise awareness about the ways to protect from discrimination against most vulnerable groups in Slovenia.
