The project was developed in collaboration with our consortium partner Development Agency Kozjansko, specifically its Šentjur Youth Centre unit. The project aims to increase the employability and employment rate of young people by bridging the gap between unemployed youth and employers through youth work methods. We have developed a training model that addresses the challenges young people face when entering the labour market, prevents long-term unemployment and social exclusion, and, by encouraging active participation in the local community, contributes to the acquisition of general and specific competencies for greater employability and to community development, thereby having a positive impact on young people and the field of youth work.
