Monitoring Committee of Slovenia’s Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027

Pursuant to Article 38 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060, each Member State shall set up a committee to monitor the implementation of the programme (monitoring committee), within 3 months of the date of notification to the Member State concerned of the decision approving the programme. The Monitoring Committee shall adopt its rules of procedure at its first meeting. Each member of the Monitoring Committee shall have a vote. The list of the members of the Monitoring Committee shall be published in line with Article 39 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.

At its 36th regular session of 16 February 2023, under item 7.11, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia appointed the members of the Monitoring Committee of Slovenia’s Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027 (number: 01101-4/2023/3):

On 26 January 2023, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia issued the Decree on the implementation of Regulation (EU) laying down common provisions on the European Cohesion Policy Funds regarding the establishment of the Monitoring Committee of Slovenia’s Cohesion Policy Programme 2021-2027 and published it in Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 12/23 of 27 January 2023.
