Discover the 20 shortlisted finalists of the EU Project, My Project 2024 competition and vote for your favourite
Over 20,000 projects have received EU support in the past few decades in Slovenia. These projects have created a lasting positive impact and have made our lives better. Each year, we present the projects that shine and stand out for being innovative and socially responsible. Check out this year’s 20 finalists for the Best EU Project of the Year 2024 title. The winner will be decided via an online public vote.
EU Project, My Project is an annual country-wide campaign where EU-funded projects open their doors to the citizens. The citizens learn more about these projects and see for themselves how EU money is spent to improve their daily lives. To this end, interesting, fun, and interactive activities, such as workshops, interactive exhibitions, cultural and sports activities, and other exciting activities are carried out across the country.
The team at the Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development will carry out a range of awareness-raising activities accompanying the campaign to make sure that the positive outcomes and results of EU-funded projects are made visible and that they are recognised by the citizens. They will advertise the shortlisted projects in local, regional, national, and online media and make sure that the public is properly informed about the projects before and after the open day events. The projects not shortlisted for the Best EU Project for the Year 2024 title will be showcased on the social media of the Ministry of Cohesion and Regional Development and on the dedicated website www.evropskasredstva.si.
